RLA Universal Primer 5LT

RLA Universal Primer is a rapid drying, solvent free, low VOC water based acrylic primer.

For use over porous and non porous substrates such as ceramic tiles and painted surfaces (water based only).
Universal primer is compatible with cement based ceramic tile adhesives, concrete and masonry products and RLA floor levelling compounds.

Coverage; 5-10m²
Application;
Porous Substrate - 1 part primer: 3 parts water
(may require a repeat additional coat if extremely porous)
Non-porous Substrate - use undiluted.
(may require a light grind or sanding if substrate is extremely non-porous)
